After previously working with Global Media to advertise their respective wellness practices, Zach Bulls and Andrew Sartory asked us to begin work helping them bring to life their greatest passion, an intensive and life changing coaching and mentorship program helping lonely gay men find long-term, committed and fulfilling relationships.

The passion and commitment Zach and Andrew feel for their clients inspired us in an incredible way and together, we have built an increasingly successful advertising campaign that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

We continue to manage Gay Man Thriving’s Social Media and Advertising Campaigns today, and in the almost 2 years of working together, have developed a special working relationship.

The Challenge


Andrew and Zach wanted to leverage the power of social media to reach millions of gay men and empower them find the relationships they had always dreamed of through their dream relationship system.

To do this we would need a combined approach of effective and engaging social media management and targeted and profitable social media advertising.

The Goals


  • Build The Gay Man Thriving Movement using Facebook and Instagram.

  • Create a Large and Engaged Audience on social media.

  • Generate consistent leads through carefully designed and targeted ad campaigns.

  • Nurture leads by creating an effective and engaging sales funnel.

  • Encourage Leads to apply for their signature program through effective email marketing and social media outreach.

Our Strategy


  • Increase the visibility, awareness and trust by posting daily custom content designed to be eye catching, interesting and insightful to their social followers.

  • Create a consistent brand image and increase brand recognition by crafting a unique brand style and utilizing this for all advertising.

  • Create and run creative ‘Page Like’ ad campaigns specifically targeting single gay men in order to grow their pages and group, thus creating momentum for the movement and increasing its following.

  • Create and launch cost effective lead generation ad campaigns encouraging highly targeted audiences to download their free eBook, ‘A Gay Man’s Guide to Love’ and invite them to a supportive Facebook group after downloading.

  • Create and manage extensive ‘View Content’ ad campaign’s to encourage leads to watch their webinar, designed to educate and inspire leads to take action and begin their journey.

  • Follow up with all leads by using multi-channel re-targeting campaigns designed to build trust, educate and inspire leads to apply to join the premium programs and change their lives for the better.



  • The Gay Man Thriving Facebook page grew by over 3000 new members in the first 6 months, their Facebook group grew to over 1500 members and their Instagram Page reached 800 followers. On Average overall reach was 22,000 per month and 4,000 engagements were recorded, on average, per month.


  • Between 16 March and 12 April 2019, the first month after launching our new campaigns, we reached over 77,000 people and earned over 15,783 engagements. We achieved 110 actions on page, 2,799 page views and 19,447 video views.


  • During our first month after launching the new campaigns we generated 1,492 high quality leads at a cost of only $1.37 per lead.


  • Using a highly effective re-targeting and email marketing campaign we achieved 98 webinar registrations in the first month and generated over $12,000 in sales from existing social followers and new leads, a 400% ROAS (return on ad spend).


  • In the first month after launch we received 23 applications to join the Gay Man Thriving premium mentorship and relationship coaching program which translated to over $12,000 in sales.


These figures are just the tip of the iceberg. The figures will get even better as our re-targeting campaigns reach more and more of the initial leads. The sales funnel put in place will continue to generate registrations, applications and sales even from older leads and people following the Facebook page and group.
